As I reflect on 2025 during this year-end reflection, astrology and tantra guide me to deeper insight. It’s been a transformative year, and this process helps me find clarity and balance, preparing me for a purposeful new year.
For the first time, I taught the Tantric Massage Masterclass at home. Leading my final moon ceremonies marked a significant milestone. Saying yes to doctoral work and book writing—two dreams that once terrified me—was a leap of faith. I also traveled to New York, bringing my work to new communities and witnessing people I’d never met open their hearts in ways that still move me.
And through it all, I learned that transformation doesn’t wait for you to feel ready. It just asks you to show up anyway.
Now, as 2025 comes to a close, we’re invited into sacred pause. Before rushing ahead into goals and resolutions, Tantra asks us to feel fully, reflect deeply, and honor the journey that brought us here.
Completing the Circle
This month, we’ve walked from Capricorn’s grounded purpose (Week 1), to Sahasrara’s infinite connection (Week 2), to our final New Moon ceremony (Week 3). Now, as we close out the year, we integrate it all. We honor the whole journey—the light and the shadow, the expansion and the contraction, the knowing and the mystery.
This is the wisdom of Unity—knowing that every triumph, every challenge, and every quiet step was part of a larger unfolding.
Vedic Astrology teaches us that the Tenth House and Capricorn energy (which opened the month) call us to align our outer life with our soul’s purpose. Now, at year’s end, we come full circle—ready to integrate the lessons, celebrate the growth, and set intentions rooted in authenticity, not pressure.
The Truth About New Year Energy
The world will tell you that January 1st is a fresh start, a blank slate, a chance to reinvent yourself. But here’s the truth: you are not broken. You don’t need to be fixed.
The new year isn’t about becoming someone else—it’s about becoming MORE of who you already are.
So before you make lists of what you need to change, improve, or accomplish, pause. Breathe. And ask yourself: What if I’m already enough? What if this year isn’t about becoming worthy, but about remembering I always was?
Reflection Prompts for 2025 Completion
Take some time this week to sit with these questions. Don’t rush through them. Let the answers emerge from your body, not just your mind.
- What internal or external transformation surprised you the most this year?
- What did you let go of that once defined you?
- Where did you show up for your values, even when it was hard?
- What relationships, practices, or insights will you carry forward?
Tantric Year-End Practice: “Ritual of Completion”
Give yourself at least 20-30 minutes for this practice. Don’t rush the integration. Your 2025 deserves to be honored fully.
- Find a quiet space, light a candle, and sit in stillness.
- Place your hands on your heart and breathe. Feel what 2025 brought you—the joy, the pain, the growth, the surrender.
- Journal three things you’re proud of, three things you’re grateful for, and three things you release.
- Close with this mantra (repeat three times, feeling it deepen with each repetition):
“I bless the path I have walked. I honor who I have become. I walk into the new with open heart and sacred vision.”
Setting Intentions for 2026
Rather than forcing rigid resolutions, let your intentions arise organically from your body, your breath, your truth.
What do you desire to feel, to experience, to be?
Allow your clarity to emerge through presence, not pressure. The best intentions aren’t created from “should”—they’re born from deep listening to what your soul is calling you toward.
A Thank You
Before we turn the page on 2025, I want to thank YOU. Thank you for showing up, even when it was difficult. Your trust in this process has been invaluable. The inner work you’ve done, despite its discomfort, is truly inspiring. Being part of a community that values depth over performance and presence over perfection is a gift we all share.
You’ve made this year meaningful for me, and I’m grateful.
Whether you’ve been reading these newsletters for years or just discovered them this month, whether you’ve come to ceremonies or simply held this work in your heart—you matter. Your journey matters. And I’m honored to walk beside you.
Coming in January 2026: The Warrior Archetype
After a month focused on Unity and Oneness, we shift into activation. January will explore the sacred masculine energy of the Warrior—not the wounded warrior who fights from fear, but the awakened warrior who acts from love, clarity, and courage.
We’ll dive into:
- Mars in Vedic Astrology – The planet of action, will, and sacred rage
- The Solar Plexus Chakra – Reclaiming personal power
- The Third House – Communication and courageous truth-telling
- Tantric practices for embodied masculine energy – For all genders
Stay tuned for the full January schedule. Big things are brewing.

Closing Reflection
As this year closes, remember: you are not the same person who began 2025. You’ve grown and shed layers of the past. Through it all, you’ve survived and loved with strength. In every moment, you’ve shown up, ready for what’s next.
That is enough. You are enough.
Walk into 2026 not with pressure to perform, but with reverence for your own becoming.
